Order Online
When shopping at the Nueva Cocina Online Store, add the product(s) you want to your shopping basket, provide your shipping address and billing information, pick a payment method, and check out.
Order by Phone
We will be happy to accept your order by phone through our toll-free number at 1-855-4-COCINA (855-426-2462), from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, M-F (EST). When ordering by phone, it's necessary to have the items you are interested in purchasing ready for our operator. We suggest you use our shopping cart as if you were placing an order online. Simply fill your shopping cart with those items you wish to purchase. When you are ready to checkout, click on 'View Cart'. Call our toll-free number and proceed with placing your order. Please have your billing information and credit card ready.
Shop at a Store
Nueva Cocina's products are sold in stores all across the United States. Click here to view a list of retailers available in your area. If you're having trouble finding a particular Nueva Cocina product in a store near you, email us at info@nuevacocina.com. Order Changes & Cancellations
To view an order's status, click on Login/My Account in the online store or at the top of the site and enter the order number and order confirmation number that was on the screen after the order was submitted. You can also find this information on the confirmation e-mail receipt. Be sure to proceed through the entire checkout process. You will receive a new Order Confirmation showing any changes you've entered or a Cancellation e-mail showing your order has been cancelled.
Payment
We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. While your credit card is not charged until the order is shipped, there is a hold for the total dollar amount ensuring that the funds will be available. We do not accept personal checks or C.O.D.'s.
Secure Checkout
To ensure the protection of your personal data, our checkout process is secure. Your data is transferred in an encrypted form to secure data servers. Secure, encrypted website pages can be readily identified via the address shown in the address bar of your browser. Secure pages begin with the designator HTTPS. The (S) signifies a secure page. Unsecured pages being with HTTP.
Shipping
Orders typically ship from our warehouse via UPS within 2 - 5 business days if all ordered items are in stock. As a rule, we will hold your order if an item is on back order. The order will ship complete once all items are in stock.
International & PO Box Shipments
We can only ship internationally to Canada. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Product Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product, notify us directly using the customer satisfaction contact information listed on the product label.
Returns
We accept returns if the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. Be sure you are ordering the right product. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us through the Customer Service email or phone number located at the bottom on the online store.
Security & Privacy
All order information is encrypted using a leading provider of digital trust services before being transmitted over the internet called an SSL to Authorize.Net. Once we verify and authorize your credit card information, it is immediately deleted and NEVER stored on our servers. Your personal information that is entered to ship your order is stored on a secure server. We do not disclose, sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. If you elect to receive special promotional offers, only pertinent information will be forwarded to the appropriate party for this specific purpose.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free. If an error is found, please contact us via the Contact Us link located at the bottom of the online store and a correction will be made.
